It has been a long time since I posted here. So many things have changed! ODS is nearly 34. He has been married since 2019 and has a beautiful little baby boy of his own. ODD was married and widowed and is now married again. She works at Harvard. YDD is a mess. YDS is a junior at the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, Long Island, New York. He is studying Marine Engineering Systems and spent almost a year total at sea. The "sea year" was spread out over the last 2 school years. DH and I had Covid in December. I basically had a bad cold. He spent 5 days in the hospital and had visiting nurses and physical therapy at home for about 8 weeks. He still has oxygen part time. Two weeks ago, I had a heart attack. It was caused by my migraine medication. Recovering from it is frustrating. I get tired so easily. Life goes on. Dear God, Please help me to accept the changes in our lives and to ever seek to be who You would have me be. Amen.
